As chocolate prices rise across the world, cocoa producers Emmanuel Essah-Mensah (Ghana) and Josephine George Francis (Liberia) from the Network of Farmers and Producers’ Organizations in West Africa (ROPPA) comment on the impacts of climate change and the need to shift to climate resilient farming.
